52 Week Residential Care

52 week Residential Care for children aged 5–17 with Emotional behavioural difficulties.

Our homes provide a safe, stable and nurturing environment where children feel valued, supported and able to build positive relationships.

Specialised therapeutic support

Specialist Therapeutic Services

One to one and group therapy, including:
Therapeutic Parenting, PACE, Mindfulness, CBT, DBT, EMDR, Trauma, Focused Therapy, Theraplay, DDP, Integrative Therapy.

Therapy is tailored to each child’s needs and delivered by experienced, highly trained therapists and practitioners.

Model of Care

The Sanctuary Model, Dyadic developmental psychotherapy (DDP), PACE and Theraplay informed practice also play a role.

Our model is relationship-based and trauma-informed, creating the conditions for children to feel safe, connected and ready to learn and grow.

Dyadic Developmental Practice (DDP)


Dyadic Developmental Practice has been developed by Dan Hughes over the past twenty years. It is based on a theoretical understanding of attachment and intersubjective relationships; and the impact of developmental trauma.

For successful intervention, the model suggests a strong focus on parenting principles, that facilitate security of attachments and which incorporate an attitude based on:
(PACE) playfulness, acceptance, curiosity, and empathy.
